If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Whilst booking a tour on our website, you’ll be asked to provide some personal information that will be collected through our booking platform (Wix), in order to administer your bookings and ensure you get the best service possible. 

In Person Booking Forms

At some point during one of our tours, you’ll may also be asked to provide some personal data about your nationality, which may be used for market research purposes. The data processed for marketing research is strictly anonymised before being processed by our marketing and development department.

Tour Photos

At some point during one of our tours, our guide may take a photo or video of your group. If you would not like to have any photos or videos of you, then please let us know via email or letter.

We may use these photos for marketing material through third party affiliates including social media website and third-party booking platforms.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell any of your personal data. To be able to provide our services to you and to run our business, we share data with third parties which are involved in processing purchases and which provide professional services to us. Whenever our service providers come into contact with your data, we make sure that they are just as careful with the information. Accessing Or Changing Your Personal Data

How long we retain your data

We will keep hold of your data for no longer than necessary. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
