Whilst booking a tour on our website, you’ll be asked to provide some personal information that will be collected through our booking platform (Wix), in order to administer your bookings and ensure you get the best service possible. 

In Person Booking Forms

At some point during one of our tours, you’ll also be asked to provide some personal data about your nationality, which may be used for market research purposes. The data processed for marketing research is strictly anonymised before being processed by our marketing and development department.

Tour Photos

At some point during one of our tours, our guide may take a photo or video of your group. If you would not like to have any photos or videos of you, then please let us know via email or letter.

We may use these photos for marketing material through third party affiliates including social media website and third-party booking platforms.

Who we share your data with

To be able to provide our services to you and to run our business, we share datra with third parties which are involved in processing purchases and which provide professional services to us. Whenever our service providers come into contact with your data, we make sure that they are just as careful with the information.
